By means of this notice, Wall Chase Partners S.A. with legal domicile in Sánchez de Bustamante 1945 6° A, C.A.B.A. (hereinafter WC), informs the users of the Internet portal of its property “www.wallchase.com” and “www.wallchase.com.ar” the existence of a personal data file whose responsible is WC and the personal data protection policy. This file is created in order to enable the provision of services, object of the activity of WC.

The user declares that the personal data provided voluntarily are real, complete and undertakes to update them as necessary. WC undertakes to protect the privacy of users with absolute confidentiality, taking the necessary security and technological measures to preserve the information provided.

The user, owner of the personal data, has the right to access such data free of charge at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is evidenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, the controlling body of Law No. 25,326, is the intermediary of the complaints and claims filed in relation to the non-compliance with the rules on protection of personal data.

The user authorizes the processing and transfer to third parties of his personal data by WC for the fulfillment of purposes directly related to its functions, in order to provide him with the job offers that best suit his objectives.
