By this notice, Wall Chase Partners S.A., legally domiciled in Sanchez de Bustamante 1945 6º A, C.A.B.A. (hereafter WC), informs the users of its Internet portals "www.wallchase.com" and www.wallchase.com.ar about the existence of a file of personal data under the responsibility of WC and about the personal data protection policy. This file is created in order to enable the provision of services, the object of WC’s activity.

Users declare that the personal data supplied voluntarily is real, complete and they commit to updating them as needed. WC is committed to protecting users’ privacy with utmost confidentiality, taking the technological and security measures necessary to protect the information provided.

The National Directorate for Personal Data Protection, Control Body for Act 25,326, shall be the intermediary for complaints and grievances filed with respect to the breach of personal data protection regulations.

Users authorize WC to process and transfer their personal data to third parties for compliance purposes directly related to their functions, in order to provide the job offers that best suit their goals.
